1) Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including inserts/accessories).
- Returned with the order number or proof of purchase.
- Approved by our team via RMA (Return Authorization).
To start a return, email support@covercasestore.com with your order number and photos (if defective/damaged).
3) Non-returnable items
- Final-sale/clearance items, gift cards, downloadable products.
- Items with obvious signs of wear, intentional damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Customized/personalized items (if any).
4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
5) Exchanges
Fastest way: place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for a refund. Direct exchanges may be available depending on stock.
6) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (bank/issuer processing times may vary).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
7) Return shipping
- For change-of-mind/compatibility returns, customers are responsible for return postage and any customs/fees.
- Please use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8) International orders
Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable. For replacements we mark as “warranty return” where possible, but local customs rules apply.
9) Order changes & cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change/cancel, contact us within 12 hours of purchase; we cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.
10) How to start a return
- Email support@covercasestore.com with subject “Return + Order #”.
- Include photos (if defective/damaged) and the reason for return.
- We’ll reply with the RMA and return instructions/address.
- Send the item back and share the tracking number.
- We process your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
