Order Processing

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (local warehouse time) begin processing the next business day.

  • Pre-orders/backorders ship when stock arrives; estimated dates will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

These are estimates provided by carriers. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, bad weather, or unforeseen disruptions.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/size.

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be displayed on the site and applied automatically if your order qualifies.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes charged by your local customs office. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Need to change your address? Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

  • If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed shipments may be returned to us. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, we may ship products separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.

Lost or Severely Delayed Parcels

  • An order is considered lost if there is no tracking movement for 20+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international). We will offer a replacement or refund once confirmed with the carrier.
