1. Eligibility & Accounts

- You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- We try to display product colors, photos, specifications, and compatibility accurately, but variations may occur (e.g., screen settings, manufacturing batches).
- All Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud or policy abuse).
3. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
- Prices are shown on the product page and exclude/ include taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
- We may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. If your order contains a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
- Coupons/Discounts: One per order unless stated otherwise; cannot be combined; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash; not valid on prior purchases; subject to expiry and other restrictions shown in the offer.

- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the full amount (including shipping, taxes, and fees).
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Estimated shipping and delivery times are guides only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier, customs, weather, or high volume.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your address is accurate.
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes that are your responsibility.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Our Refund & Returns Policy (incorporated by reference) explains your return window, eligibility, and process.
- Unless due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), original shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping.
- For faster exchanges, place a new order and return the original for a refund (subject to the Policy).
7. Pre-orders & Backorders
- Estimated ship dates for pre-orders/backorders are approximations and may change. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

- By submitting reviews, photos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
